For example, zucchini has a high content of vitamin C. At the same time, unlike lemon, zucchini are not acidic, have a pleasant taste. Therefore, it is much easier to prepare dishes from them.

Ingredients for zucchini cutlets:
- boiled rice – 200 g;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- zucchini – 2 pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- flour – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of zucchini cutlets:
